No Ice Cream In Your Pocket!!!

I was looking at this website tonight http://www.dumblaws.com and noticed this one for a few Southern states.

Georgia
No one may carry an ice cream cone in their back pocket if it is Sunday.

Alabama
You may not have an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time.

Lexington, Tennessee
It is illegal to transport an ice cream cone in your pocket.

Ummmm.... OK!?!

Seriously, does anyone know why this was even a law to begin with :?:
