DeLorme GPS LT-40 to use STMicroelectronics Teseo chipset which promises great accuracy even in urban environments. It will also include Street Atlas USA 2009. See link for more details and pricing.

The new LT-40 GPS and Street Atlas USA 2009 are out. New 16 channel GPS and 3-D mode!
