Anyone have any ideas for an April or May Meeting? We could do May in conjunction with a WWFW Event...

April - For me it will have to be the 3rd weekend, if we have it on a Sat. I "may" be out of town the 2nd weekend and the 4th Sat is Coosa's prom. Lil Gridess's beau is a Jr. so she's all excited to get to go. You just don't wanna know the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks I would catch if I were to plan on a CVC meeting that day!! Evil or Very Mad

For May - Maybe we can just follow up the WWFM event with a "Bring your own Fast Food bag lunch" meet & greet at one of the picnic areas around here.

Meet for the WWFM event then let everyone leave and go through a drive-thru somewhere and meet back at the CVC meeting place 30 minutes later. Question

Any of the Rec Dept parks are free to use on a grab what you get basis. The only reason we would have to pay anything is if we were to reserve a covered pavillion. If we pick one of the parks with a covered pavillion "&" plenty of picnic tables we can migrate to some open tables if there is anyone under the pavillion.

I guess we'll just do as normal and plan them and hope folks will show up. Rolling Eyes

I'm not ready to give up (yet), but this gets pretty damn discouraging to not get any input from folks. Crying or Very sad

Starting to feel the same way here sir. We set this group up as just that, a group. That is why there is no Pres, VP, etc. We want input and participation but apparently that is not what the group wants...

Heck I tend to forget about the forum sometimes as there is not much posted on it alot of days.
I will be gone April 13th-20th but open to most other days.
Flash mob at park could be fun, big kids take over playground.
